CRZ CLEARANCES FROM MCZMA
The Coastal Regulation Zone Notification was introduced by the Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF) through CRZ Notification 1991. The Notification regulated the construction, development and the use of Hazardous substances in certain coastal stretches based on high tide and low tide lines. However in 2011, the Notification was superseded by a New Notification, the CRZ Notification 2011 was introduced.
